Winter Camp
Winter Camp: December 27 - January 2, 2023/24
If Cancelled by September 27, 2023 at 11:59pm(PT): A Refund less the $1000 Non Refundable Deposit is issued.

If Cancelled after September 27, 2023: Tuition is non-refundable.
Tuition may be transferred to another upcoming session depending on availability and at management's discretion.

​If you choose to get the Camp Insurance available through CampDoc and want a refund, you will have to contact them with your claim number as they are not affiliated with CampYATC. We do not recommend CampDoc’s insurance unless it is for a very particular case. Please feel free to call YATC for guidance on whether or not you should consider the insurance policy.

Students who choose to leave camp early, will not be eligible for a refund or credit for missed days. If a parent/guardian decides to pull a student from camp early, the family is also not eligible for a refund or credit for missed days.
