Winter Camp
If Cancelled by September 27:
Full Refund less the $1000 Non Refundable Deposit.

If Cancelled after September 27: Tuition is non-refundable, but maybe transferred to another upcoming session depending on availability and at management discretion.
A transfer fee will apply: $150 (before September 27th) and $250 (after September 27th).
Summer Camp
If Cancelled MORE than 90 days Before:
Full Refund less the $1000 Non Refundable Deposit.

If Cancelled LESS than 90 days Before: Tuition is non-refundable, but maybe transferred to another upcoming session depending on availability and at management discretion.
A transfer fee will apply: $150 (before April 8th) and $250 (after April 8th).
